What we often find
Many dental websites are built on platforms made for dental practices, so the basics are usually covered. When we reviewed the websites of six independent practices across Canada in October 2026, five already had an FAQ. What slips through is smaller, like a page titled only "Contact Us" with no description. If your site has none of that, our scan will tell you before you pay anything, and the order goes no further.
If your site has no FAQ page, a kit adds up to three short answers like the one below.

- Do you accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan?
- We're registered with the Canadian Dental Care Plan, and we bill it directly. Bring your member card to your first visit, and we'll tell you what the plan covers before we start any treatment.
- Do you bill my insurance directly?
- For most private insurance plans, we do. We submit the claim on the day of your visit, so you only pay the part your plan doesn't cover.
- Do you see children?
- Yes, from their very first tooth. We recommend a first visit around age one, and we try to book children's appointments in the morning.

Questions from dentists
My website was built by a dental marketing company. Can I still use Pikiword?
Yes, as long as you (or that company) can change your page titles and descriptions. We never need access to your site. If we don't have a placement guide for your platform, you still get every fix, each with a copy button.
Do you write about treatments and prices?
Yes, but only from what you tell us in the questionnaire. If you don't give us a price, we never make one up.
